System Setup and Configuration: Legal Services and Consultancy
1 Set Up Your Business Profile
- Navigate to Administration \ Advanced Settings
- Open the “Business Profile” list.
- Enter your “Contact Details”, Social Media Details" and links, “Postal Address”, and “Location Info”.
- Upload your “Business Logo” files, including logo (recommended size: 180x70 pixels), logo sign (no text, recommended size: 128x128 pixels), banner (recommended size: 1200x500 pixels), and side image (recommended size: 450x300 pixels).
2 Define Your Business Hours
- Navigate to Administration \ Advanced Settings
- Open the “Business Profile” list.
- Click on the “Business Hours” item.
- Set your business days and hours of operation (e.g., Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm).
3 Configure Your Booking Settings
- Navigate to Administration \ Advanced Settings
- Open the “Booking Services” list.
- Click on the “Booking Service Settings” item.
- Set the “Booking Time Block” to 30 minutes.
- Specify the “Max Number of People Allowed for Each Booking” as 1.
- Limit the “Max Number of Concurrent Bookings” to 10.
- Open the “Extended” tab and Enable “Show popular items” and “Show services”. Disable “Show operators” and “Show number of people”.
- Enable “Get Client Mobile” and “Client Mobile is Required”. Also, Enable “Get client email” and “Client Email is Required” to get your clients' email addresses.
- Enable “Notify Client by SMS” and “Notify Client by Email” under the “Notifications” tab.
4 Create Operator Profiles
- Navigate to Administration \ Advanced Settings
- Open the “Booking Services” list.
- Click on the “Operators” item.
- Add your profile, including your first name, last name, display name, and schedule.
- Specify your work schedule, e.g., Monday, Tuesday, and Friday from 9am to 5pm.
5 Set Up Your Services
- Navigate to Administration \ Advanced Settings
- Open the “Booking Services” list.
- Click on the “Services” item.
- Create your services, such as “Initial Consultation”.
- For each service, specify details like name, duration (30 minutes), cost ($150), cost description, and display color (green).
- Assign operators to services based on their availability and skills.
- For each service, enable “Online Booking Allowed”.
- Customise the “Online Booking Name” and description, e.g., “Standard Session, Initial Consultation (From $150)”.
6 Configure Advanced Settings
- Navigate to Administration \ Advanced Settings
- Open the “System Settings” list.
- Click on the “Automation Rules” item. You can define custom notification content and add a cancellation link to email/SMS notifications here.
- You can also manage “Operator Schedule” and “Public Holidays” in the Administration section.
7 Go Live and Start Accepting Online Bookings
- Once you’ve completed the setup, your ‘Make Booking Online’ system is ready to launch.
- Start promoting your online booking service to manage your clients' appointment requests.
