Guide to adding SMS credits

  1. Log into the Admin Portal
  2. From the menu, open “Administration”, then click on “Credits”. If you can’t see the Administration item in the menu, you do not have access to do this action.
  3. On the “Credits” page, click on “Buy SMS Credits”.
  4. Follow the instruction and select the credit package you would like to but (number of SMS credits).
  5. Complete the payment process. After a successful payment, the purchased credits will be added to your account and can be used.
